Clean, updated, quite and comfortable. Front desk staff exceptional I would like to say Eileen was super helpful and friendly. I would stay at that facility again.

Restaurant was under renovation, so no hot food. THere was grab-and-go items, but we skipped those and went to a small cafe down the street. I did use the coffee. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated. It was obviously under a different franchise at some point, but work was being done to renovate. Location just a block from downtown was a plus.

Clean, friendly staff. Coffee available in rooms and in lobby. Breakfast offered between 6:30am-8am. The ymca is right across the street, and with your room key, you get 50% off tickets to get in. We went to swim. Normal price is $10 so we spent $5 per adult.

Staff was nice; they provided a toothbrush and a small packet of toothpaste. Very quiet, very clean. A Walgreens directly across the street. Coffee was tasty.

The location is great, close to the Northeast Car Museum and other museums. Rooms were clean and I felt safe in my location. All staff were accommodating and friendly! Bed was very comfy too! Breakfast is a grab and go breakfast (you select your choices the night before!)

Eileen at the front desk should get Employee of the Year. She is pleasant, helpful, conversational, fun......... ! She is the best. Please let her know the guy with the Labradors says hi.

The room was large and comfortable very clean and updated, a little far from the elevator. Very limited breakfast selection but overall a pleasant stay'

The location was great, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see how nice it was on the inside. Expect to get breakfast elsewhere.
